By no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Welcome and key handover
Upon your arrival, you will be personally welcomed by the host, who will hand you the keys.
Number of guests
The maximum number of guests is 4, including children.
Identification documents
Guests are required to present a valid ID card or passport for all individuals staying at the property, including minors and infants. Without valid identification, overnight stay will not be permitted.
Contract
It is necessary to sign a short-term rental agreement (tourist lease): art 1, c.2, lett. c, legge 9712/1998 N. 431 e degli art. 1571 e segg. C.C., e art. 4 d.l. 50/2017
Quiet hours
Quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Parties and Events
Parties and events are not allowed.
Smoke
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.
Meals
NO meals are provided.
Photographs and Video Recordings
Photographs and video recordings for promotional purposes are NOT allowed.
Responsibility
The management declines all responsibility for unattended items and for any damage caused by power surges.
